Lauren Taylor is a native Houstonian, 4th generation Spring Branch Resident, a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer for Keller Williams Memorial, and the owner of Lauren Taylor Home. Her love for real estate stems from a life- long interest in design and architecture and her connection to the Houston area, specifically Spring Branch. Over the last 14 years, she has developed a straightforward and strategic approach to Real Estate negotiation. Her business and economics degree allow her to assist homebuilders, buyers, sellers and investors reach their financial goals. She has a true knack for negotiations and pricing properties. Lauren is also a real estate investor and under her direction, her company has successfully completed 6 flip houses in Spring Branch. One of her most interesting home sales was a 2,000,000 home in Memorial Park that boasted a chapel with an ornate cathedral ceiling. She knows that every listing offers its own unique architecture and story, and she works to tailor her client's experience to that uniqueness. Ms. Taylor is also a member of the Houston Builders Association, which allows her to share her listings with fellow builders in the city, as well as, stay current in not only architecture and the building world, but also in design and legislation that might affect her clients. She not only helps buy and sell unusual properties, her personal home in Spring Branch is one too. She lives on a 2 acre Ranchette with her son and their pets, including a white Arabian rescue horse.
