I was recently the lender, over at Bonck & Baker Mortgage Group, for one of Larry's listings. Larry was an absolute pro and so great to work with. If you are working with Larry, you are definitely in great hands!

Larry was awesome and I highly recommend him as a realtor to get the house of your dreams! He was accessible by phone to answer any questions. He kept an eye on emails to make sure we were aware of any communications and updates. He is a clever negotiator when dealing with other realtors and sellers and knows all the details of the contracts and agreements so there are no surprises! I found his honesty and directness refreshing, not to mention his great sense of humor-so we are extremely happy that we chose him to help us get our new home.
