I'm LaKendra Harper Broker of the Five Star Team in Houston Texas, real estate mentor, and entrepreneur. I am a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. I graduated from Westbury Highschool in 2001 and went on to further my education at Texas Southern University where I graduated in 2005 with my BSW in Social Work. My experience in this industry spans over 15 years. With dedication and persistence my real estate business grew and I have been a top producer consistently. The Five Star Team was established in 2017 when I made the decision as a broker that leading and mentoring realtors was my niche. Our team has grown in number and performance. We currently encompass a team of 19 and growing. In 2023 I was recognized at the More 2.0 conference in Las Vegas, NV for outstanding leadership in connection with the performance and visibility strides my team accomplished in 2022. In 2024 I was selected as a host for American Dream TV Houston, the Emmy nominated lifestyle and real estate show that airs on major TV networks and apps. Most recently I collaborated with a group of other outstanding female real estate agents, Women Who Boss Up in Real Estate 2.0. This book is an Amazon #1 International Best Seller, and remains #1 in real estate sales currently. In addition to my professional accolades, Community and service remain a forefront in my life.
