Lacy Momeni

Lacy Momeni is proud to be part of the Keller Williams Signature family as a realtor as she is very passionate about helping people. As a realtor, she engages in significant due diligence and research to ensure that the right home is matched with the heart of the buyer. With respect to working with sellers, she works as hard as anyone to help sellers become content with the sale of their home and to find the right buyer who truly appreciates the property. Lacy has always had a tremendous work ethic and will to help others. She holds a degree in Nuclear Medicine and Computed Tomography, and holds the CNMT, RT, CT, and Pet/CT medical designations. In this previous career, she enjoyed caring for people and taking care of patients. Due to the number of patients that she served daily and the other intense needs of working in the medical setting, she learned to further excel and provide the correct consultations and solutions in stressful situations. As a result, she was promoted to department head in this previous career. Lacy's experiences, hard work, intelligence, and care for people is further shown through her willingness to help her real estate customers. Throughout their engagement with her, they find that Lacy is a friend and real estate partner, as she will go at bat for her client in all situations. She is an outstanding asset to first-time buyers looking for their dream homes or sellers hoping to gain enough equity. Lacy is also skilled at revitalizing seller listings that may have been sitting on the market and need fresh input for a successful sale. Part of her success is due to her negotiation skills, which have been homed in the real estate setting, and her work experience in her 20-year work history. Additionally, Lacy has proven talent in choosing layouts and finishes that prove satisfactory results to buyers, builders, and developers. In her limited spare time, she has previously helped her husband custom design homes and other spaces. This has
