Kristin found our current house we live in. She did a great job, I would highly recommend her! She worked very hard and went to look at over a dozen houses with my wife. She worked really hard to find a house that we liked. If you work with Kristin I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Kristy went above and beyond any realtor I have ever even heard of. We had already consulted with and set up searches for homes for rent with a several realtors and had no luck for months because we had just bought a house (that realtors said would be hard to sell) and we have 3 pets, including a pit bull... Kristy came along, showed us MANY more properties ALL OVER Harris County, and asked me A LOT more questions than everyone else did. Even if a neighborhood seemed out of my reach, she still took me to look at properties there. While other Realtors made it seem like we had very few options, Kristy said that we could even buy a house, and that's what we did. My boyfriend and I ended up buying a second, brand new DREAM HOME.

Kristy gave us a CMA and estimated costs for all the properties I was considering putting in an offer for; she helped me bid in an auction; she had excellent referrals for lenders, inspectors and insurance brokers; she urged us to get an inspection (which had findings!); she went to our walk-throughs (yes, multiple!) and knew what to look for; she asked the questions I was scared to ask the other parties; she reviewed the disclosures and gave me a heads up when she found issues (and she turned out to be right)... She is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated, patient, and diligent. My boyfriend and I both agree she is the best realtor you can find.
