Kristen Porter

Kristen Porter graduated from Texas Christian University. She majored in Marketing, Entrepreneurial Management and minored in Spanish with abroad experience in Mexico. Kristen's family has been a member of the community since 1988 and has a love for the area and real estate.

Kristen is a multimillion dollar producer. She is the broker/owner of Parkgate Properties and Certified Negotiation Expert. She is vastly experienced in residential and commercial real estate. This includes luxury homes/properties, waterfront homes, country estates, land, commercial land, commercial buildings, new construction, foreclosures, short sales, investment properties and residential homes.

Kristen's passion is real estate. She loves the process and her main focus is customer service. Each marketing plan is structured differently to target the correct market in a timely manner. From the initial meeting to after closing her focus is to make the process fun and seamless. She is a seasoned Realtor with the highest license and experience to handle any deal.
