I specialize in listing all types of residential properties for sale and assisting buyers with their residential real estate purchases of resale homes, single subdivision lots, and multiacre country properties.

I am the Designated Broker-Owner of Acre + Lot Real Estate. I am involved with every client and transaction of ours. I help clients buy, sell and lease real estate in the Houston-Galveston area.

I am a 3rd generation Houston native with over 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Houston-Galveston real estate market working alongside some of the region's prominent real estate professionals as a Broker's Assistant, and has been licensed to sell real estate in Texas since 2010. I am very experienced in the Houston-Galveston real estate industry.

From 2017 to 2021, I worked closely with hundreds of local small business owners to help them promote, grow and rescale their businesses by assisting them with their short-term commercial leases through Texas Trade Days, a small-business and community market. This specialized niche has provided me an opportunity to assist over 500 clients per year, on average, with their underserved business real estate needs in which I also worked closely with government and private property owners and managers.

After the pandemic, I reorganized KM Parker Enterprises LLC to provide my community-valued real estate services to a greater portion of my communities for them to have more options and opportunities available for their residential real estate needs.

During my 2-year process of reorganization, I have continued my education and training through local REALTOR associations and colleagues in which I also obtained the National Association of REALTORS Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation and Commitment 2 Excellence (C2Ex) endorsement, and the Houston Association of REALTORS Consumer Safety and Security Specialist designation.

In addition to my real estate education, I graduated among honors with an Associate of Arts, General Studies with a Physical and Environmental Geology and Business focus from San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas; completed an additional 46+ college credit hours tailored to enhance my knowledge and skills to better serve clients such as Art History, Communication, Business, Philosophy, and Psychology through the Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree program at the University of Houston - Downtown, as well as successfully completed the basic law enforcement curriculum created by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement and the TCOLE state licensing exam.

My extensive real estate and safety related education helps enhance services and provide additional resources in order for Acre + Lot Real Estate to better equip clients to make more informed decisions; agents to more effectively market real property, facilitate transactions, and set up clients to have more successful closings; and help everyone work towards maintaining the safety and security of people and property throughout the sales process, as well as creating an inviting, competent and efficient business environment clients are comfortable with hiring and agents are proud to represent.
