With over 14 years of experience in Corporate America, Kristen Bonin brings a unique and professional approach to real estate in Greater Houston. Kristen has extensive skills navigating complex issues and relationships learned while working for some of the largest companies nationally and internationally. She applies those skills and her perspective to clients from all walks of life, both overseas and right here in the Greater Houston.

From clients to lenders, colleagues and other real estate professionals, Kristen has a firm belief that transparency, integrity, communication, fairness and professionalism are the forefront of any real estate transaction. She's known for her unwavering dedication to her clients and their sale and regularly goes above and beyond what clients expect from a typical real estate professional.

Her service to our military families is a priority for her. As a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Kristen has an expertise in VA loans and the unique approach to previewing homes for avtive duty military personnel. Many of Kristen's clients are active duty military or veterans looking to maximize their VA benefits.

Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in International Business. Having completed the prestigious Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation following 90 intense hours of legal, ethical and marketing specializations, Kristen continues to focus on education in legal, regulatory and issues continuously impacting the real estate industry.

In addition to real estate, Kristen has a passion for World War II history, animal welfare, and dogs, horses and goats. She is a regular donor to the SPCA of East Texas and contributes to events and fundraisers. She loves to travel and learn about other cultures and ways of life around the world. She, her husband and dogs reside in Magnolia.
