Kimberley Minchich

Kim Minchich demonstrates a client-first attitude, a strong work ethic and the expertise and knowledge to guide buyers and sellers that will exceed their expectations when their goal is reached. Kim is a highly organized, patient, committed Realtor and her goal is for the Real Estate experience to be positive and fun for her clients. Kim eagerly implements her training, intuition and rock-solid skills such as multi-tasking and problem solving to achieve that goal. Before becoming a Realtor, Kim was a teacher for over 30 years. Her experience makes her well acquainted with the real estate needs of families with children and teachers in her community. Kim could be a textbook example for "find your passion and do what you love." For Kim, working as a Realtor is not just a job, it's her swan song! When she is not serving her clients, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband Matt, and sons, Nick and Michael. She is a member of the Cy-Woods Booster Club and loves woodworking, painting, and re-doing and organizing spaces.
