While attending Champions Kendyl was also certified as a New Home Specialist (NHS).

Kendyl has been in real estate 15 years and was a Weichert Realtors Achievement Award winner in 2008, 2009, 2011 a Pinnacle Team Award winner in 2011 and 2012, President's Club winner for 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 the top Weichert Listing Associate in 2012 and 2013.
