About Kendra Lee

  • Kendra Lee was born and raised in Columbus Nebraska but has been a part of the Kingwood community for 19 years now. Family is very important to her. She enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, arts & crafts, working out, bike riding, & of course, shopping. Before becoming a realtor in Texas, she was a sales rep for an oilfield service company out of New Orleans for 9 years. She has always enjoyed sales so it was no surprise that her next course in life would be to become a real estate agent. She began her career in real estate 13 years ago. Currently she is the Branch Manager for the Lake Houston Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene office. Her dedication to real estate has contributed to her success, becoming an award-winning sales agent and multimillion-dollar producer. Her passion for helping others build their business helped her to mentor a team and share award-winning techniques. "I am blessed to have such a wonderful family that has supported the changes in my career path. I love to work with agents and see them grow and to realize the potential they have within themselves. Real estate is my passion and to be able to share that with others gives me great satisfaction. A positive attitude is everything and that is what helps me to be able to support our agents every day!" says Kendra.

    • She has dedicated 13 years to understanding the area & the business to better serve agents. Receiving additional education such as Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Certified Relocation Specialist, and Certified Home Marketing Specialist provides her with the additional skills to do just that. Working with professional organizations such as National Association of Realtors (NAR), Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), BHGRE, Gary Greene Leadership Academy, Women's Council of Realtors (WCR), & Lake Houston Area Chamber keeps her updated with all the latest trends and developments within our community. Working hard & being committed has allowed her to be recognized for: Dale Carnegie Award Top of Class 2006, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene Outstanding Performance Award 2012-2015; Sales Leader Award 2012; Listing Leader Award 2013; Top Producer Award 2012-2013; Top Producer Units 2015; Listing Leader 2015; Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) 2018 Member of the Year.
