    I had an incredible experience working with Kelli to find a rental house in February.

    When I reached out to her through HAR.com, I was honestly unprepared for a house search. I hadn’t done much research and couldn’t say what neighborhood I wanted to move to, only that I like to ride bikes, I want to remain inside the loop, and need a faster access to my work commute. I've lived in Houston coming on six years now, so I have no excuse.

    Though my vagueness probably wasn’t helpful, Kelli was incredibly professional and patient. She asked me questions I hadn’t thought of myself, and quickly found several neighborhoods with access to bike trails, the rail line, and the downtown scene. I haven’t met anyone who knows the ins and outs of all of Houston’s neighborhoods like she does.
    Kelli then took me to more than fifteen properties to help me find the perfect place.

    Though I was just looking to rent, she treated me like a client buying a million dollar house. It turns out I’m more picky than I thought and I’m surprised anybody would have the amount of patience that she had. When I would turn down a house for a small reason, she immediately knew where to look next.

    I can’t emphasize enough how much of time Kelli dedicated to driving me around the city until I found a perfect house. When I was ready to pull the trigger, I thought we were done, but she also negotiates directly with property owners on behalf of her clients. Kelli dove into the contract and recommended I remove several line items I hadn’t noticed. I ended up landing a place at $200 under market value in an up and coming neighborhood.

    The house fits me perfectly, and the area is packed with biking and night life. Not to sound too much like an infomercial, but I’m thrilled with my experience.

    I would recommend Kelli 10/10 to anyone looking to lease in this area. She’s an old-school handshake-is-your-word realtor, which I appreciate a lot.

    Oh, and also: this lady absolutely bleeds U of H. Her car is completely decked out in Coogs decals and it’s freaking awesome.

    Kelli was mindful to get me to the home I’m at now. In a short period time (2 weeks) she was able to find a compatible apartment that match my needs in living. I’m glad I decided to take advantage of her services. This was a first, using an apartment locator. When I saw Kelli’s credentials with property and real estate. I felt more at ease she’d understand my particular needs and wants when it came to finding the right apartment. With time it came true. Thanks again Kelli!
