A native Houstonian, Brittnie graduated from Second Baptist High School and studied Psychology and Philosophy at The University of Texas. She enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school-Memorial Drive Elementary and the Harris County Animal Shelter.

Wendy Sherman brings a unique set of skills to RE/MAX Legacy Living. Starting her career in real estate investment, she learned skills many Realtors® are not aware of. Learning these skills lead to beginning a career in Real Estate and got her license in 2010. Wendy then took several classes with Champions School of Real Estate to gain knowledge to best serve her clients and continues to do so every year. Kevin was born in Indiana and graduated from Indiana University. He married his high school sweetheart Marla Newbauer and moved to Katy in 1996 with their daughter Jessica (who now lives in Boston with her husband and new daughter). He has been a homeowner in Heritage Grand in Cinco Ranch for the last 12 years. After spending the first 28 years as a buyer and wholesale importer he sold his business. Kevin has negotiated his entire career with retailers and manufacturers and has been obsessed with attention to detail and customer service.
