Brittnie Wiggins is an accomplished realtor who has layers of experience relating to anything branded real estate. Her mother, father and brother had careers in real estate, the loan industry and title business giving her first- hand knowledge of three essentials crucial to achieving success.

Brittnie was a licensed residential appraiser for several years while living in Austin which has proven to be invaluable as she navigates her clients through the buying and selling process. She goes above and beyond to ensure that each of her customers receive only the best from contract to closing.

Prior to becoming an agent, Brittnie had the opportunity to be on the team of some of Houston's top producers in the industry. It was during that time that she sharpened her outstanding organization skills and became ensconced in everything pertaining to the field.

She was able to experience from a very high vantage point what it takes to achieve greatness as a realtor. A native Houstonian, Brittnie graduated from Second Baptist High School and studied Psychology and Philosophy at The University of Texas. She enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school-Memorial Drive Elementary and the Harris County Animal Shelter.
