As a Colombian-American living in the United States and married to a French, I am multicultural and passionate about traveling around the world.

I have lived in Colombia, Florida, Colorado and now Texas. I am bilingual: Spanish and English. I graduated from FAU with two bachelor's degrees: one in Business Administration and the second one in Marketing. I also studied abroad with the FAU international student program in ESC University Madrid, Spain.

Before I decided to become a Real Estate Agent I worked advocating for the Spanish-speaking community. I understand the challenges one may experience when one is relocated from a different state or country. I want to be the person you reach for. Think of me as the agent you can count on who will alleviate the stress on finding the right place you will call home. Shivani is a native Houstonian who has an extensive knowledge of the market, the developments and neighborhoods that Houston has to offer. Shivani has long shared a desire and commitment to give back to the community that she has called home her whole life. Shivani's community involvement includes Board Member of the Greater Katy Exchange Club, Past Board Member of the Katy Business Association, working with Krause Children's Center, supporter of the Alley Theatre and other performing arts, volunteering with & participating in various social, community and charitable projects and events all over Texas and overseas in India. Shivani is very passionate about working with and helping children and animals.

Shivani is a graduate of the University of Houston. When she is not working, Shivani's other passions include animals, interior design, traveling the world, cooking and gardening. She resides in Houston with her husband and 2 children.
