Marie is an attorney from Lima, Peru. She worked in Title companies advising buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and assisting clients in commercial property transactions as well. She handled probate, partition, and other legal processes, moving later to work for Swissport International AG to practice international, aeronautic, customs, and more real state laws. She worked as an attorney in different international companies before moving to Houston in 2004. Having a background as an attorney and, having always had a passion for real estate; she decided to pursue her real estate career. She uses her market knowledge, business technology, and negotiation skills to facilitate a smooth transaction, making sure her client's interests are first. Hablo Espanol.

Kristy has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Katy - Houston area since 2012. She began her professional career working for a Big 6 accounting firm, and later transitioned to real estate in her role as a real estate internal auditor for a major financial services company. Fast forward to today, she now has her broker's license and is a well trusted real estate adviser in the Katy/ Houston area. Her clients have praised her for her diligence, professionalism, and knowledge of the real estate business.

Born and raised in Florida, Kristy graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and moved to Houston in 1994. In the early 2000's, she lived a short time overseas with her husband and children before moving to Katy in 2005. She is also an active volunteer with her daughter through National Charity League. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
