Karen Dean-Fennell

As a Realtor and resident in the Houston market and surrounding areas, I absolutely love Houston and all it has to offer. Houston is a wonderfully culturally diverse city and has something for everyone. I am very involved in giving back to our community. I am proud to serve as a volunteer for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, the Kingwood Country Club, and serve as an Ambassador for the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. I also serve on the Board for Golfers Against Cancer and am a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with family and friends. I also love to play golf and am a member of the KWGA league. Being part of the corporate world previously has taught me a lot about the relocation process, including the excitement and stress associated with the change. The last move in 2008 brought us from Jupiter, Florida to the wonderful village of Kingwood. Having spent numerous years in Kingwood, I am very familiar with our neighbors, businesses, and civil services. I have a great talent for seeing the potential of a home and how it would meet my client's needs. Oftentimes, the ability to see through the current decor and color simply needs a little creativity and vision.
