Julie has enjoyed a career as a real estate agent for over 19 years. Prior to real estate, she worked at a major airline where she was Assistant to the President and then a Product Marketing Manager, with focus on the airport lounges and signage. Both of these positions required extreme attention to detail, creative thinking, diplomacy, effective communication, an eye for design and completion of complicated projects. All of these attributes are key to successful negotiations as a seasoned real estate agent.



She is a native Texan and grew up in Friendswood, where she and her husband Steve raised two daughters.



Now that she and her husband are empty-nesters, they reside in Nassau Bay and enjoy boating, the beautiful nature of the area and spending time with friends and family.



Julie works 95% by referral and therefore assists clients in a variety of areas in Houston. She especially enjoys assisting sellers throughout the bay area including League City, Pearland, Friendswood, Clear Lake, Webster and Nassau Bay. She is also passionate about assisting first-time home buyers and renters. She has extensive knowledge of the markets in the Houston Medical Center and surrounding areas as well.
