I have lived in the Houston area since 1985 and worked in real estate since 1992 when I purchased my first investment property in South Houston.

In 2003 I became a Realtor and join with Keller Williams I transfer to UTR Texas Realtors in 2010 and Opened my current office in 2015 that houses my growing team to better serve all my clients.

I have comprehensive experience representing clients in Residential and Commercial transactions, and an in-depth understanding of the local market that helps me identify the needs of my clients. I represent clients in all facets of their commercial or residential real estate needs, Including Tenant, Buyer seller or Real estate Investor. On the Commercial side, I specialize in multifamily properties like apartment buildings and mobile home parks. I can also help the starting investor from flips to single family rental investment transactions. For the knowledgeable investor, I can locate and assist with the acquisition of new residential and commercial Investments.

As a buyer agent representing your interests at the time of purchase, I will research the market to make sure you get the lowest possible price for your purchase and make sure your whole transaction experience goes as smooth as possible with the least stress, by being there for you every step of the way.

As a listing agent, I will ensure you get the most money for your property by researching the market and making sure your property is priced at the correct amount to save you time and make the most money. I make sure your listing is advertised daily making sure it is always in front of potential buyers and other realtors that may bring us a buyer.
