Josh is very easy to talk to, I know sometimes the idea of a working with a realtor can be intimidating to some but Josh listened to my wants, my needs and most importantly worked with my budget. As a result we found the place that I have lived in for going on 2 years! Whenever I do plan on relocating Josh is going to be the first person I contact whether its renting or purchasing I know he's got my back.
We found Josh at a rental property and he gave us his card as that property was already under contract. He worked with us and stayed in touch regularly. We never thought we could lease a house through an agent but Josh made it possible. As transparent as we were with him, he was with us.
