Johnathan believes learning is a lifelong journey, and finds it fundamental to stay ahead of the game. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance and has a background in procurement and finance. Prior to obtaining his real estate license he spent 10 years in the oil and gas industry, where he learned the invaluable art of negotiation. Goal focused, hardworking, meticulous, and extremely organized, Johnathan's skillsets and inherent qualities are those shared by the best of realtors. He is passionate about people and determined to guide you every step of the way. He loves what he does and is very grateful that he is able to pursue his passion for a living. His goal in every transaction is to ensure his clients are well informed and comfortable, and that he's able to offer them the best strategic advice possible. When he isn't showing homes, negotiating contracts, or running comps, Johnathan's usually checking out a new restaurant or local festival, or trying his hand at badminton. He's a huge Rockets and Astros fan, and an avid traveler who loves to try new cuisine!
