About John Kaldor

After graduating from Deer Park High School and while working full time I earned my bachelors degree in marketing from the University of Houston at Clear Lake. While earning my degree I worked for the Xerox Corporation for 15 years in both service and management. After leaving Xerox I went on the sell enterprise computing data center solutions for the next 20 plus years. I got my brokers license to helped my wife sell real estate part time before giving up corporate America to work with my wife full time.  Keller Williams held our licenses for about 10 years before opening our own brokerage. We have one daughter and love visiting Cabo San Lucas, playing golf and relaxing in the hill country. How my life experience helps my clients?  The tenacity of working while earning a degree combined with professional customer service, listening and problem solving skill have helped me understand that selling or buying a home are much more than writing a contract and negotiating a sale. My marketing degree helps in effectively marketing homes ultimately giving them best chance to be seen, visited and sold. Having lived in the Houston area for almost all my life and working for Xerox allowed me to travel all over the Houston area. Knowing the Houston area and using my valuable skills helps benefits my clients greatly in the real estate business. While working real estate with Carlotta part time I was able learn the process, paperwork and meet valuable vendors that help make the real estate transaction move through the process more smoothly and accurately. I enjoy educating first time homebuyers in the process as well as using the knowledge to communicate more effectively with seasoned buyers and sellers. When issues do occur and they always do, we have the relationships to get them addressed fast and effectively.
