Jill Rome

As a member of Sotheby's elite Circle of Excellence, Jill Jones Rome offers her clients a unique and proven perspective to their residential real estate needs. A multi-generational native Houstonian, Jill knows all things Houston, including its diverse real estate market. Jill has lived in many of Houston's finest neighborhoods, including Hunters Creek Village, Rummel Creek, West University Place, Larchmont, Cypress, and Spring Branch.

Earning a BBA in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Austin, Jill has had a passion for residential real estate for many years. "To me, I'm a residential matchmaker," Jill says. "Putting a buyer in their perfect home or matching a seller's house with the right buyer is so satisfying."

Energetic, efficient, extremely organized, and devoted to her clients, Jill gives 100% to everything that she does. "I have a good eye for design and often guide my sellers to make positive changes that make their homes more marketable."

Jill graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Houston. While attending UT, she was an active member of the Delta Delta Delta sorority. Jill is considered the ultimate "boy mom." She was an active volunteer at The Kinkaid School and Post Oak Little League over the last 20 years. Her favorite and most rewarding positions have included President of the Kinkaid Booster Club, Team Mom, Kinkaid Scrapbook Chair, and President of the POLL Women's Association. Some of her most cherished memories are going to the Little World Series and watching her son play while her husband coaches the team.

Jill graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Houston. She attended The University of Texas at Austin where she joined Delta Delta Delta sorority and earned a BBA with a concentration in real estate and urban land development.

Now as an empty nester, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and high school sweetheart. When time permits she also enjoys traveling to Washington, D.C. to visit her son who is working at CNN or to Cambridge to catch up with her youngest at MIT. She considers a perfect evening to be barbecuing with family and friends and having a good competitive game night. Jill's guilty pleasure is still watching The Bachelor, sharing a good pinot grigio, and laughing with her girlfriends.
