Jenny Hill has 17 years' experience in Real Estate and Business to Business Sales, with Contract Negotiations central to her career success.

As a Partner in Treager Development, Jenny has experience working with architects, builders, tenants, remodelers, Home Owner's Associations and financial institutions.

For her own family, she has worked with industry professionals to build two new homes and has also extensively renovate two additional homes. Her local, vetted contacts and resources will be at your fingertips.

Jenny has relocated internationally, across the country and down the street, all with children. She understands the impact and importance of making a house a home, feeling connected to the community and being excited about your move. Originally from the Chicago area, Jenny has lived in NW Harris County for nearly 20 years.

With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Communication, Jenny has a keen ability to tailor her message to best suit her clients style: direct and to the point, discussions over coffee or somewhere in between.

In her spare time, Jenny volunteers as a court-appointed advocate for foster children, enjoys gardening, cooking and family time with her husband, four adult children, four grandchildren and two dogs.
