About Jeff Beard
Beard, a CCIM since June, 2000, is a graduate of Texas A&M University, with a BBA degree in finance. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is also past President of the Commercial Real Estate Association of Montgomery County. He formerly served as Director of Retail Properties for The Woodlands Operating Company, L.P. His responsibilities with The Woodlands included development activities along with directing the leasing, asset management and partnership interests for an extensive retail portfolio. During a seven year tenure with The Woodlands, Beard negotiated over $50 million in lease transactions and $35 million in land sales. Jeff’s work experience prior to The Woodlands, included working as a MAI (Member of the Appraisal Institute) with National Property Valuation.
