Before becoming a licensed realtor, Ms. Malone, a two-time graduate of Prairie View A&M University, worked in The Houston Independent School District (HISD) teaching English as a Second Language. She then worked as a Compliance Specialist of Special Education with a local charter school. In both of these positions, Ms. Malone was responsible for ensuring accurate accountability with The Texas Education Agency through data collection. Along with developing these strong analytical skills, she acquired strong skills in communication, negotiation, and paying close attention to detail-all of which are necessary in the real estate industry. Ms. Malone's ability to communicate and get along with all types of people will allow her to thrive as a real estate agent. She has also been around real estate her entire life, managing several properties owned by her family.
