Areas of Specialization: I work only in residential sales. The areas I am most familiar with include West Houston, Katy, Memorial,Inner Loop, Galleria and the Medical Center.

My areas of interest include gardening, travel, scuba diving ,reading really good novels, taking long walks with my dogs and spending quality time with my family. I have heard it said often, by many people, that the ideal job is one you love. I consider my self lucky indeed because I love what I do. Through the years, I have made many friends by doing business with them.

I have consistently been a member of the Re/max Executive Club and the 100% Club since joining in 1992. I was honored to be one of the top 500 Re/max Realtors in Texas in 2012. My greatest honor was to be voted the "Good Guy Award" by my peers at Re/max Westside!
