James Villanueva, a licensed real estate agent with NB Elite Realty, is a REALTOR® and member of the National Association of Realtors & Texas Association of Realtors. He was prior Military, serving in the U.S. Navy from 2004-2012 with 3 deployments under his belt, including Iraq and Afghanistan earning him both Campaign Medals.


James strongly believes in furthering his education and informing his clients when it comes to the biggest purchase of many individuals lives. James's aspiration is to make real estate his lifelong ambition and making sure to help make every client's experience an exceptional one they will remember. He wants to help every client to understand every step of the process and well taken care of with as less stress as possible.


James wants to continuing serving his community, when individuals are in the market for their next home purchase or home selling needs. For everyone who buys or sells with James, he will donate a portion of his commission to a Veteran's Non-Profit Organization to assist Veterans.
