Personal Profile

I am an avid believer in technology and innovation and make every effort to stay on the cutting-edge of both: I am always looking for better software, new, innovative, and creative ways to serve my customers. I have been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2001 and a licensed Broker since 2007. My family has been in The Conroe area since 1976. In 1984 I graduated from Conroe High School. I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration where I earned a triple major in Finance, Economics, & Real Estate. After graduating from Baylor— I worked as a Stock Broker for Nine years in Houston, Dallas, Oklahoma City, and London, England.

Specializations

Since 2001, I have specialized in Commercial and Land Real Estate. I worked as a real estate agent marketing the Tax Trust Properties for Montgomery County for 5 years. Working on Tax Trust properties, I became very familiar with the County Records System, Hodge Mason Mapping, FEMA designations, and Property Owner Records.

Other Awards and Recognition

I was a Two President of my Fraternity, Beta Theta Pi, and while at Baylor

I served as Assistant Secretary and then Secretary for the Conroe Noon Lions Club.

I served two terms as President of the Lake Conroe Lions Club.

I am the former President of the “Presidents and Secretaries Council” for the Lions Club District.

I am also a Past Master at my Masonic Lodge, Oak Wood Lodge #1444 AF & AM.

I am a Past President of the MWS Association for the 28th Masonic District of the Grand Lodge of Texas.

I served two terms on the Board of Directors for April Point South Home Owner’s Association

Hobbies

I am an avid Scuba diver. I earned my first Open Water Instructor rating in 1999. I Managed a Scuba Diving Shop in Dallas then in Houston. Since then I have earned an instructors rating in over 15 specialty diving areas and have certified hundreds of divers.
