Irma helped my roommates and I lease a property in Houston. She was very quick to set up appointments for us at multiple properties in a single day/weekend. This was very helpful as we were on a time crunch with limited availability. Irma was professional and helped us sort through all the details. She thought about things we otherwise wouldn't have thought about. She helped make the leasing process easier for us.

We had a difficult set of criteria that my room-mates and I were hoping to find, and thus an even more difficult leasing situation (for 4 room-mates) to suit our needs. Irma took so much off our plates and got us into a place that exceeded our expectations.

Communicating with her was so easy; she was very accessible and quick to reply. She always made me feel like we were her priority. She put alot of effort towards finding us the right home.
