    Grace is GREAT!! We had a great offer in a week. She did so much more for us than we even would have known to ask. Before listing, she gave us great contacts to make the few repairs we needed. She knew which repairs would add the most value for the least expense. She got us professional pics to cast our home in the best light. She guided us through every step. We were selling from out of town. She wrapped our pipes and turned on our heat when a freeze was coming before I even knew there could be a problem!! She met the inspectors and other contractors for us. From setting the price to the negotiation, she saved us tons of money! I can't possibly recommend her more.
