We recently worked with Tracy on the sale of our home in Braes Heights. Tracy was incredible throughout the entire process, and really helped ease our nerves as we tried to navigate selling the home during the initial weeks of the pandemic. Not only was she extremely organized and thoughtful, she really understood the best way to approach the sale from a marketing and strategic standpoint. Her recommendations were always on point, and despite the volatility of the things outside of our control, she always had a positive outlook. The end result was beyond our expectations as we received multiple offers, and ultimately were able to decide on an incredible offer that worked best for our family. Tracy always delivered consistent feedback for us throughout the process and was able to help facilitate a closing time frame that fit perfectly with our needs. While we unfortunately no longer live in Houston, we would absolutely recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, and we hope to be able to work with her again in the future, if we make our way back to Houston!
