Glenda Collins

Broker Glenda Collins is part of the Collins Team: a dynamic partnership with a reputation for integrity, market-knowledge and client satisfaction. Glenda pairs her extensive experience and commitment to excellence with her son, Kevin’s, keen attention to detail and professionalism. Together they successfully meet the needs of a broad range of clients, including first-time buyers, investors, seniors, and energy relocations.

When top-listing and selling agent Glenda became a Realtor in 1976, she thought she was taking on a part-time job while her oldest son was in school. It didn't take her long to figure out that real estate is a full-time job, and one she excelled at. She says, I enjoy working with people, not paperwork!

Key to Glenda’s success is her knowledge and expertise. In addition to earning her Broker’s license early in her career, she continues to study her industry to stay on-top of her business and The Woodlands and Houston markets.

Glenda listens first. She knows that stopping to appreciate what her clients are asking for will provide her with the best tools for meeting their needs. She is empathetic, caring and strives to stay level-headed, which she admits can be hard at times, but it has proven time and again the way to successfully navigate transactions.

In addition to her business partner, Kevin, she is the mother to another son, Keith, and a grandmother to four girls. Glenda enjoys spending time reading, traveling, socializing with friends, and spending time with family. Glenda and her late husband Glenn enjoyed road-tripping in national and state parks indulging in hiking and taking in the outdoors.

Glenda knows that every chance she has to work with new and different people enhances her life. She stays very involved in her community at church previously as a council member and now a member of the personnel committee. Glenda is active in local political groups with a focus on women's and LGBTQIA+ rights. Glenda is a proud sponsor of The Woodlands Pride.
