I have an innate desire to connect with people and serve others. I am a retired high school science teacher and head Cross Country and Track & Field coach of 33 years. As a high school coach, the motto I adhered to for myself and my athletes was to "strive for excellence." Excellence is the result of caring about what we do, and of putting our best effort into what we care about.
