Gary Matt Childs provides genuine leadership and an extensive knowledge of sales and marketing with a proven record of success. As General Manager at Real Property Management Republic, he incorporates the leadership training and sales closing techniques gained from nearly 20 years of experience in the retail sales field to help clients maximize their real estate investments. He brings with him in-depth sales and leadership training. Some of the courses he found most beneficial are: Steve Mulvaney's Executive Development Course, High Impact Leadership provided by the Center for Creative Leadership, and the Dale Carnegie Course. His training as a business leader began at The University of Texas at Tyler where he studied Business Management, while at the same time, worked in a family business which inspired him to become a businessman.
