With a father in construction and mother in real estate, Freddie Minahan grew up in the heart of the industry's domain, intimately intertwined with its dynamic network. In 2015, he committed his professional career to advising buyers and sellers, garnering proficiency in everything from first time purchases to new construction to investment decisions. Said otherwise, he has developed expertise and relationships in every aspect of the real estate experience. While Freddie has lived in numerous cities such as NYC and Los Angeles, Houston is the only one he calls "home." His market knowledge and personal appreciation made neighborhoods such as the Heights, Montrose, Midtown, West University, Tanglewood and Oak Forest natural spheres of influence. Always on the go, Freddie is an indoor cycling enthusiast and avid foodie, filling his free time with family, friends, and his French bulldog, Layla.
