I have done Real Estate in California and earned the Real Estate license and Certificate of Property Management in Houston. I am a memeber of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Multiple Listing Services (MLS), National Association of Realtors (NAR). I have the education, training and experience to manage Residential Real Estate. Besides Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE), I attend lectures and seminars to keep current on Insurance, Liability, Contract, environmental and other issues important to Residential Property. In addition I attends trade shows and vendor symposiums to supplement my knowledge of Sale and maintaing Real Property.
