Erica Evans was born and raised in McLennan County. She grew up traveling and living in different parts of the world being in an Army home. She later settled and made Houston her home town.

Erica's experience in real estate began as a hobby. She spent over twenty years as a Professional Cosmetologist and Salon owner in the Houston area. She has combined her client service skills together to continue to keep clients happy and refer her out to others.

Erica is married to her phenomenal husband, Ned, who shares the affinity together in the Barber and Cosmetologist industry. As a team, they both exasperate client service skills that assists with retention. Together they scour the city in search of new neighborhoods, doggy parks for their Yorkiepoo and American pit bull, and keeping up with the market changes.
