Ellen and Todd have been nothing short of amazing! I purchased my home back in 2020. I never imagined I would be capable of buying the house I have now, back when I was a single mother working with one income. Ellen was so helpful and made it happen for me and my kids. I’m forever grateful. Todd really helped me understand everything from my inspection. I was able to surprise my kids with a beautiful home in an awesome safe neighborhood. Ellen even helped pay for my surprise “welcome home” sign and had a sweet gift there waiting for us. Still to this day we keep in contact and I consider Ellen a good friend. They are definitely looking out for you! I can’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I decided to move to Texas from Colorado in 2022. Empty nesters and starting over in a new state, we had no clue where to begin. Until we met Ellen and her Team. Ellen put us in touch with a rental management group, and we rented a house for a year while we got established and hunted for our perfect home. After 10 months in a rental, and with Ellen’s guidance, we found it! Our perfect home! It didn’t stop there. They made it possible to close in just a few weeks!! Ellen and her team went to bat for us, we were a part of the team! They were amazing from even before we crossed state lines back in 2022! Our first friend really!! She was our first “Hey ya’ll!”. Fast forward to now, we’ve been in our new home almost a year and we couldn’t be happier. We still follow Ellen’s group on social media and she still checks in! Todd and Ellen Pool are the complete package. We came from out of state and needed some serious guidance on the Texas home buying process and what part of Houston to call home. Ellen did not disappoint. She was with us every step of the way from Tennessee to our dream home. She was able to assess our needs and found our dream home with a short commute to work. Before we put in an offer Todd walked through the house with us, let me tell you, there is no way I would buy a home in the Houston area without having Todd Pool walk through the house first. His knowledge of home building is unmatched. We have purchased a few homes in our lifetime and I can honestly say this was the best home buying experience of our lives.

We are so happy that we chose for Ellen from Pool Realty Group to find our perfect place in The Woodlands. We have relocated from Belgium and were not at all familiar with the US processes, but Ellen helped us with everything, and she found our dream house! She responds super fast. Thanks again, Ellen!

I could not have asked for a better experience working with Ellen! We were moving to Houston from out of state and I was referred to her by another client who spoke highly of her. In our first call she took time to listen to my situation, budget, house needs, etc, and recommended a number of neighborhoods to check out while visiting the area. Her knowledge of the area was so helpful and helped us find the perfect home for our family! Throughout the entire process Ellen was knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything incredibly smooth as we navigated inspections, appraisals, and other aspects of the home buying process from out of state.
