Elizabeth Franks

My name is Liz Franks and I partner here at Top Guns with my husband, Jason Franks. We have two sons, both graduates of Montgomery High School and currently attending Texas A&M University. I was raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Magnolia High School. I hold a business degree from The University of Texas and a master's degree in Spanish from Texas A&M University. I taught Spanish for many years in Conroe ISD and Montgomery ISD. I enjoy riding horses, playing pickle ball, hiking in the Texas Hill Country, and collecting Mid-Century Modern furniture and art.

As your agent, I will make it my job to get you all the information you need in an organized and timely manner so that you can make informed decisions and minimize stress. I value each client and will work hard to listen to your wants and needs so that you can make a smooth transition from one home to the next.

Me llamo Liz Franks y hago equipo con mi esposo, Jason Franks, aquí en Top Guns. Tenemos dos hijos. Ambos se graduaron de Montgomery High School y ahora asisten a Tejas A y M. Me crié en el condado de Montgomery y asistí a la Escuela Secundaria de Magnolia. Tengo una licenciatura en los negocios de la Universidad de Tejas y la maestría en español de Tejas A y M. Enseñé español por muchos años en los distritos de Conroe y Montgomery. Me gusta montar a caballo, jugar pickleball, dar caminatas por las colinas y bosques de Tejas, y coleccionar muebles y arte moderno de mitad de siglo. Además, me encanta practicar el español!
