A+ real estate agent! Donna Labbe is a master in the real estate field and her work ethic and professionalism is very impressive. As our buyers agent, she listened carefully to what we were looking for and lead us in the right direction. When I was indecisive and struggled with my decisions, she gently guided me and helped me think things through. She was there for me in helping me find the best property that best fit my needs. She negotiated everything we wanted successfully and made the purchase of our new home very enjoyable. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

There isn't enough time & space for me to go into how amazing it has been to work with Donna! We used USAA referral program and were surprisingly blessed to be matched with Donna. She KNOWS her profession...every in and out, especially VA. We moved 3 hours away and weren't able to come and view homes at our leisure but luckily, Donna did it for us...even on her HUSBANDS birthday. We were even on our 1st trip to Disney during the Christmas holidays and trying to close on our new home before Jan. 1 and she was there every step of the way getting it done. On top of that, we needed an extra storage unit and they would take our card over the phone so in the middle of Finding Nemo ride I'm on the phone with Donna and she stops what she is doing and goes to handle it for me. Donna didn't have to do half of what she did for us and we were complete strangers. I think it's safe to say that she is more than the best real estate agent, she is the Queen of it and makes sure you are aware of everything and walks you through it all the way to closing so there aren't any surprises. She even helped give me great tips on our old home in order to sell it quicker, literally 1 week after I did what she suggested to do regarding staging and a few minor updates! I know I'm all over the place but this is me and she handled my "everywhere" mentality all the way through and I'm proud to say that both Donna and her husband will be life long friends that and we will always be grateful for being matched with the best.
