Deborah David has a proven track record of impeccable service, professionalism and a commitment to customer service. She enjoyed a 20-year career in Information Technology and Project Management for Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and community colleges before turning her hand to real estate. Deborah spent several years in a management role for a luxury boutique real estate brokerage. After a successful run of leading that business to triple its sales in a few short years, she wanted to use her strengths to serve property buyers and sellers. She joined her husband, Donald David, who is also a Realtor, to form a thriving real estate practice. Her extensive experience in sales and dispositions of real estate has made her a highly regarded figure in Houston real estate, and as a Team Leader at CB&A, she has become a resource for other agents who want to upskill their negotiation tactics, market knowledge or a multiplicity of other issues that are her strengths. She emphasizes integrity and honesty in every interaction and insists upon those characteristics for all of the agents she manages.

Despite her leadership responsibilities, her first consideration is always the client and their individual needs. Deborah serves the entire spectrum of real estate clients – luxury, relocation, local moves, military, first-time home buyers and any configuration therein -- she believes that everyone deserves excellent Realtor representation, no matter how large or small the transaction. As a problem solver, she is dedicated to listening attentively to the client and synthesizing their vision into a real home that they love. She absolutely relishes the moment a client walks into a home and hears the tell-tale gasp that means they've found The One.

Deborah is tenacious and organized, and possesses a warm personality and unimpeachable work ethic which make her a delight to work with. She continues to cultivate learning opportunities with training courses; she is a 2018 Texas Realtor Leadership Program Graduate.

Deborah has many charitable interests and is very active in the community. She freely gives her time serving as a volunteer, mentor, and fundraiser for numerous organizations, including the Red Cross, Meals on Wheels, and the Greater Houston Athletic Conference.

Her personal priorities are spending time with family, fostering spiritual growth, and enjoying her wonderful furry pets.
