David Seymour

David Seymour is a licensed Real Estate Broker who has been providing exceptional service to his Houston clients since 2000. He is a 1981 graduate of Kansas State University and moved to Houston in 1985, when he began working with homeowners and homeowner associations by providing management services for 65 Houston area neighborhood pools and recreation facilities. Through this work he became intimately familiar with most of Houston’s unique and varied neighborhoods. David later honed his management and “people skills” while serving as an Executive Director of a local Houston YMCA. Throughout the 1990’s and early 2000’s, David fine tuned his attention to detail while working for 12 years at a prominent Houston litigation law firm as a paralegal and visual presentation coordinator. During his tenure there, he not only penned legal documents, but also attended and assisted with a great number of multi-million dollar mediations and learned the art of negotiation from one of the country’s most skilled litigators. In addition to his love of working with his clients to help sell or purchase the home of their dreams, David is passionate about remodeling homes and design and has a wealth of experience in renovations and working with contractors. His knowledge of design, remodeling and staging prove to be invaluable to his clients when preparing to their home for sale, as well as helping buyers to visualize the “bigger picture” in each of the homes they visit.
