From day one, Clint Nabors has made his name synonymous with success, becoming Rookie of the Year his first year in real estate, Super Real Estate Agent for three years running, as chosen by the Homebuyer's Guide of Greater Houston, and a consistent Top Producer. He has persevered to top these achievements by leading the Ellis-Nabors Team onto receiving many top-ranking awards! The team closed 134 transactions in 2022 and closed $59.5 million in sales volume. Their stellar performance earned them well-deserved spots on both of Houston Business Journal's lists, Gross Dollar Volume and Number of Closed Transactions, for many years, as one of Houston's Top 25 Residential Real Estate Teams.
A Baylor University graduate with a BBA in Real Estate, Clint completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation program, Critical Path Sales Training course, the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. and most recently earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. He is always enhancing and developing his skills with continuing education. He is Relocation Certified and a member of the Inventory Home Market Specialist Team. During part of his real estate career, Clint worked as a sales counselor for a top new home builder in Houston and believes that experience gives him an edge in new-construction home buying and selling. "I am very familiar with the building process," he says.
Clint also distinguishes himself with his comprehensive marketing strategies and negotiating skills. He is levelheaded and addresses each transaction with patience and persistence. A problem solver and educator, he uses his skills to make the transaction as smooth as possible, while keeping his clients well informed and their best interests in mind. Clint is also a person of strong Christian faith; putting God as the head of his life, family and business keeps him grounded and focused. It is through Clint's vision that the Ellis-Nabors Team has grown to the level of success that they are today. He oversees, trains, and motivates the team's 9 licensed agents, and serves as the team leader. Clint and his Realtor wife, Amy, also a Baylor graduate, teamed up with her parents, Mark and Catherine Ellis, both of whom have long and successful real estate careers, to form the Ellis-Nabors Team. A native Houstonian, Clint knows his city and has an extensive market area including Bridgeland, Fairfield, Copperfield, Cinco Ranch, Coles Crossing, BlackHorse Ranch, and Lakes of Fairhaven. From a large extended family, Clint and Amy have two daughters and a son. Clint is an active member of his church, Houston's First Baptist Church, a long-time volunteer for Fairfield Sports Association, a Business Partner/Sponsor for Wells Elementary, a chaperone and previous Band Booster Board Member for The Bridgeland High School Band, and a member of the Baylor Bear Foundation and the Alpha Kappa Psi Alumni Association.

Texas has been my Home-Sweet-Home since 2007 when I was welcomed as a student at the University of Houston from Burkina Faso . I since fell in love with the City of Houston. Those who met for the first time will describe me as charismatic, hospitable, hardworking and trustworthy. My friends will add that Carine loves her Christian Catholic Faith and love simple moments of sharing a good coffee. My family will say of me that I am dependable, a book worm and loving.
After completing my ESL classes at UH on my arrival, I pursued an education in Hospitality Management through which I was blessed with a multi level experience type of service and geared me to be successful working with people. I proudly served the Hilton Hotel at UH, Holly Hall Retirement Community Dining Services. Taking on the team management of 30+employees at Granduca Hotel for 4 years and later the Brazos Presbyterians Homes 5 years, I felt confident to take on a journey of being a business owner.
With my husband's support, I opened and ran Dining Staff,LLC to serve the staffing needs of the hospitality business operations. I served proudly the Houston Country Club, The River Oaks Country Club, the Hallmark, BPHI,The Bell Tower, and local caterers. I grew resilience and appreciation in team work more than ever.
