Crystal is a Real Estate Agent and Director of Operations of RORECO LLC. She started her career in real estate working in leadership for the Team Leader of a corporate high producing brokerage and went on to help start a small brokerage that strives to teach agents that are fiduciaries for their clients. She learned the ropes of the industry from the top down and always strives to learn more. She believes in transparency, authenticity, & priority for every client.
