My name is CRISTINA HAVLIK. I have been a Texas Realtor since 2006. No client will ever deny that I work really hard every day to reach our goals when I join their real estate journey. I have formed long term relationships along the way.

I am very familiar with relocations, adjustments and challenges to new cultures as well as the VERY difficult repatriation and reverse culture shock to one's country. Having lived abroad in London and Italy, I have accumulated international resources, extensive knowledge and experience regarding moving adjustments. My clients are always privy of helpful details from all that I have learned in order for families to have a productive, happy life when initially becoming an expatriate. I provide this consultation when I help my clients sell and purchase their homes.
