About Coleen Kapalski

I have lived in the Houston area since 1976 with the exception of a 3 year leave to live in Anchorage Alaska. We have lived in Kingwood, Humble, Houston, Copperfield area, Cypress and now Magnolia. I have many ties to Houston and surrounding communities and love all that it has to offer. I have experience with foreclosed properties, HUD Homes, new construction (neighborhood & custom). There is more to owning a home than coming up with enough money for down payment and closing costs; there are mortgage payments, insurance premiums, property taxes and general home maintenance costs.
