Cindy Scrivner is a Realtor, Tax Accountant, Stager, and a Resident of the Spring/Woodlands area for 25+ years.
Before becoming a real estate professional 4 years ago, I worked as a Public Tax Accountant for 20+ years, with 15 of those years with an accounting firm in The Woodlands, helping clients with complex tax issues, tax advisory, and financial planning. I understands that the buying and selling of real estate is one of the greatest financial investment in a person's life.

Cindy Scrivner is one of the most helpful people we have ever met. We met her at an open house. We mentioned that we were just looking because we had a home in another town to sell and needed to wait until that happened. She took our information and we emailed back and forth. She looked at the listing and gave us ideas on what to do to promote the property. We had listed with 2 previous realtors and had little interest. Not only did Cindy give us recommendations on what to do, she drove all the way to Corpus Christi, stayed 3 days with us, painted and decluttered the house. She also made a recommendation on another realtor which we listed with. She has gone above and beyond. We would most certainly recommend her to anyone, either buying, selling or both.
