Cindy Perkins

While she is well organized, conscientious, diplomatic, and thorough, Cindy Perkins is also equally compassionate, friendly and fun. Cindy believes that the buying and selling of real estate need not be a drudge, and that she and her clients should enjoy the process. This is an attitude her clients particularly appreciate. She truly has their best interests at heart and it shows. Knowledgeable and easy to get along with, many of her satisfied clients have become personal friends, not to mention the source of many referrals and considerable repeat business.

Great at following up, Cindy is also an excellent communicator. She says that some of the best advice she ever got was not to assume people know what you are talking about. “Put it in a very basic, user friendly way so anything you say that they already know will be confirmed, and that which they don't know will become clear (then nobody feels uninformed or foolish).”

Cindy, who grew up watching her mother enjoy a 30-year career as a Realtor, was an office manager, human resources director and accounting manager for a health care facility management company prior to moving into real estate, but she always sensed it would be her own eventual career path. In fact, she got her license two years before she actually took the plunge. As important as “location, location, location” is to the value of a property, Cindy believes “patience, patience, patience” is essential to a real estate career and it has certainly helped her attain top producer status.

With a BS in Sociology from Sam Houston State University, and a minor in English, Cindy is a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. A lifelong Houston resident and the mother of a grown daughter, Cindy happily lists, shows and sells real estate all over greater Houston, but focuses much of her attention on West Houston, where she lives, as well as Katy, Piney Point, Cinco Ranch, and Parkway Villages.
