Christopher Callan

Chris has over 10 years of farm & ranch, residential, and commercial lending experience in the Texas Hill Country. He started in banking as a loan officer, was promoted to a Vice President/Branch Manager, eventually becoming a Market President, after which he left the banking industry to pursue his passion in real estate. Chris believes in the value of exceptional customer service, integrity, and professionalism. He brings a wealth of knowledge in marketing, sales/business development, management, and negotiating, which will be valuable tools in helping his clients with the purchase or sale of their property. Chris specializes in ranch and residential properties in the Texas Hill Country. He has been a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers for over 10 years as an affiliate member during his banking career, where he served as a director for two terms. Chris is also a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of Leadership Kerr County and plans to stay involved in the community as much as possible.
